Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge, cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations within the 5 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Arrival is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Departure is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
The key handover will be done personally on site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby crib/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed, for a fee of XX,-€ per animal/night.
The local tourism tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged on site.

VRT Guest Ticket:
Your booked accommodation is a participating establishment of the public transport guest ticket. This allows you to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) throughout the VRT area free of charge. The guest ticket and informational material will be provided to you by the landlord upon arrival, allowing you to use public transport across the entire VRT area free of charge.
