The booking amount should be transferred one week before the arrival date.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total costs, and cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total costs.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to discuss alternative arrival times if needed.
The key handover takes place in person on-site.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
