Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 7 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will incur 50% of the total costs, cancellations within the 30 days before arrival will incur 100% of the total costs.
Arrival is allowed from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Departure is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in good time for an arrangement.
Key handover is done personally on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of €3 per day.
The tourist tax amounting to XX€ per person/night will be charged on-site in addition.

VRT Guest Ticket:
Your booked accommodation is a participating establishment of the public transport guest ticket. This allows you to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) free of charge throughout the VRT area. The guest ticket and information material will be provided to you by the landlord upon arrival and entitle you to use public transport in the entire VRT area free of charge.
