“Asia meets Riesling” is the motto of our Asia Fusion restaurant at Deinhard’s in Bernkastel-Kues. It reflects our connection to Asia and creates a perfect symbiosis through Riesling from Mosel, Saar, and Ruwer.
We take great pleasure in serving classic as well as modern interpretations of dishes from our home continent of Asia. The culinary journey goes from Vietnam, China, Japan and Thailand to Korea. Since the Moselle region has become our home, we naturally always have the right Riesling ready for you.
